This is a really interesting article by Aaron Phillips, suggesting that Mark Cuban, Avery, and the Mavs would be better off removing all coaches and assistants from the Nellie era. Not sure if I agree, but worth reading.

Phillips makes some good points. Why didn't they go after Webber or Barnes? What is so special about Eddie Jones, other than the fact that he's 37 years old?
